Kill Your Scene

You may or may not know this band, but I sure do and after being thrown off my seat from the final song they played last night (Sat 29 September) I just knew that I had to have this song feature on Kill Your Scene.

The Sydney side rockers known as KANG have put together a song in response to Billie Joe’s freak out from the iHeartRadio Festival on September 21 in Las Vegas. This made top stories all over music industry media and made old school Green Day fans jizz in their pants. Some Nirvana fans were on their high horses with comments like “Kurt Cobain did that years ago”.

KANG have previously release two EPs. The first “self-titled” EP was distributed by MGM and Regal Records whilst their latest they did it DIY style. These guys are not stopping there with talks currently being discussed about releasing a new EP or Album under a new DIY record label, which I can not disclose at this present moment. All I can say is listen to the song, comment what you think and keep an eye out on their facebook page for more news.
